Brick-stitch blossoming bracts and attach a pair of ropes in a floral necklace.

Kerrie Slade

The small, white flowers of bougainvillea are protected by three paper-like leaves called bracts, which look like flower petals. This necklace is constructed of two brick stitched ropes that tie together with a bract on the end of each rope. Nine removable bracts slide onto the ropes for multiple options -- wear just two, a few, or the whole bunch.
